The staff was really helpful when we needed them. We stayed in the quadruple room, and it was pretty nice. It had central heating, a safe for our things, and a TV with lots of channels. 🌟

Exceptionally nice location of the hotel close to everything. It was also short walk to Mustafa Kemal paşa metro-buss as well as many shops.
Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to bus and metro stations. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice view. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service.

The place was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and amazing. I really liked having the central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in my room. It was a nice bonus to have bathtubs available. 🛁

Convenient location for public transport. Polite and knowledgeable staff who speak English and Russian. Helpful receptionist named Ms. Lachin. A water park nearby that kids loved. Shopping within walking distance.

I was absolutely mesmerized by the beauty and charm of Istanbul's Galata Tower. The dry cleaners at the hotel did an outstanding job pressing and mending my clothing. The staff at the reception were multilingual, making communication a breeze.
Oh, the joy of being stuck in a room smaller than a shoebox!
